International College of Cosmetology is located in Downtown Oakland on 3701 International Boulevard. With 5,000 square feet, the facility occupies hundreds of students and with many different stations; such as, shampoo chairs, facial chairs, hairdryers and manicuring tables which has the same types and designs of professionals as you can find in other salon stores.

As the photographs depict above, the facility not only brings all the different ethnic backgrounds of students and staffs together to share and learn through out the programs, but also it creates a friendly atmosphere that everyone can related.
